A founding room built on decades of trust.

A number of our founding members are West Point friends I’ve known for decades. They include a Caldwell recruiter, a managing director in asset management, a technology executive with major data-center construction experience, and a senior executive at a private equity-owned company pursuing a multimillion-dollar acquisition.

They bring experience in hiring, investing, building and operating. Weekly office hours give us a place to work through real goals, share useful experience and recognize connections that fit.

Business buyers, owners and advisors are welcome. Bring a clear objective and something to contribute.

Questions

Can I start while I have a demanding job?

Yes. Begin by making your acquisition criteria specific and reviewing opportunities in your preferred state. Your operating role, time commitment and career timing are part of evaluating any business you might acquire.

Why join if some listings are available on other sites?

Victory Vision brings opportunities from multiple sources into one view, adds AI fit scoring and connects your search to a deal pipeline. The membership also includes weekly office hours, practical resources and the Operator’s Edge community. You can review information at the original source as part of your evaluation.

Do I need to own a business already?

No. Professionals preparing for their first acquisition are welcome, alongside existing business owners and advisors. Bring a clear objective and an interest in contributing to the room.

What does the AI score mean?

It helps prioritize a listing against the acquisition profile you provide and explains the fit. The financials, customers, team and operating demands still need to be investigated.

How current are the listings?

Sources update on different schedules. The platform shows source and verification information and retires listings using its source update rules. Confirm availability with the broker or seller before proceeding.

What happens after I join?

You join Operator’s Edge and receive access to Victory Vision Starter through the membership setup process. Start by choosing your preferred state, completing your acquisition profile and saving businesses worth investigating. Bring your questions to live office hours.

Does membership include someone closing the acquisition for me?

Membership includes platform access, community and group office hours. Individual acquisition advisory and financing execution require separate arrangements. An acquisition depends on your evaluation, financing and agreement with the seller.

Are guest speakers included now?

Guest conversations are planned. Speakers and dates will be announced in the community. Weekly live office hours with Andrew are part of the current membership.
